Today I will be sharing with you a quick summer makeup look that only requires 5 products!
With that said, lets get straight into it.
After moisturising, the first product I would recommend using for this 5 product look is the MAC Studio Fix Power Plus Foundation.
It gives a light to medium, but buildable, coverage to the skin without looking to cakey. However, if you use to much at a time it can begin to cake up.
This is a great alternative to heavy foundation and concealer in the summer as it is very light on the skin.
Also, as it's powder, it is able to stay on the skin longer in the hot weather as the powder is much better at absorbing excess oil then a liquid or moose foundation/concealer.
The next product is a bronzer!
I feel like in the summer you can get away with not wearing a blush everyday and just going for that extra bronzed look.
For this I chose the NYC Smooth Skin Bronzer in Sunny as it's highly pigmented and compliments my skin tone without looking orange!
This is only £3 and it's amazing! If you have it, then pop it at the top of your to buy list.
Next, I would recommend using a beautiful and dewy highlighter.
One that looks like it glows from within is perfect for summer!
To get this type of look I would recommend using the MAC Crème Colour Base in a colour that compliments your skin tone.
I find that the shade Shell goes with mine quite well, although I would like to try out Luna and Pearl too!
It stays on pretty much all day and even longer if it is set with a powder highlighter on top. This also provides extra glow of course but would mean using another product!
My next product is an eye product!
I chose the Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Pink Gold for this summer look as it reflects the light nicely, it makes your eyes look brighter and more awake and it is a great summer colour!
This colour also goes really well with the MAC Crème Colour Base as the base colour is pink with gold flecks and undertones.
This so easy to blend and can be applied so quickly and easily, even using your fingers!

The last product is a summery lipstick that I've talked about lots before!
This is the MAC Crème Cup lipstick and it's a pink, blue toned, nude shade!
You don't need to be too precise with it as the colour is quite neutral and nothing extreme, like a cherry red for example.
It's the perfect shade to throw on when your running out the door so it's great to keep in your handbag as well for a boost of colour through out the day!
