Summer Smoothie Collab | IndiaJasmine

Life is much like smoothies, you get out what you put in...

Todays post is a collab with my best friend Rose from RoseMae!

We are both going to be sharing a recipe for a delicious summer smoothie!

They are going to be simple and easy to follow. Also, I will leave a link to Rose's blog at the end of my post so that you don't forget to go and check it out.

Recipe :

You will need:

Blueberries
Strawberries
Raspberries
Banana
Natural Yogurt
Orange Juice
Knife
 Blender

1. First in the blender is the yogurt. Make sure not to put the fruit in first because it can get stuck under the blade and stop it from turning.
You will need about 150ml of yogurt but it's defiantly doesn't have to be precise. It really depends on your personal preference.
2. Cut the tops off 4 or 5 strawberries and cut them in half. This is just going to make it easier for the blender to completely crush the strawberries.
Wash them and put them in the blender with the yogurt.
3. Peel banana and cut it in half. Put the other half away then cut the second half into chunks.
Add into the blender also.
4. Wash the raspberries and blueberries. Again, just simply add them into the blender but make sure that the blueberries are on the top so they don't get stuck under the blade. Pop in 8 raspberries and a handful of blueberries.
5. To finish off just add a slosh of orange juice and blend!
Make sure you have the lid on though.
6. Once you finish blending, pour the smoothie into a glass and drink up!
